Please note and bare in mind that photos are printed onto a natural slate. Therefore, some imperfections may show, such as little bumps, surface marks and minor scuffs. This is because it is a cut of a natural slate. 

I cannot be held responsible for the photos not being checked before buying. As I do not know what the original image looks like to refer back to, please check your image before ordering. 

I am not trained in editing photos and photo edits will not be made. I will only print what comes through with the order. 

• Please upload a clear, high quality image without faces too close to the edge. Faces too close to the edge may not make the cut. 
• Please upload a centered image to avoid faces not making the cut. 
• Photos may be used across social media. If you do not wish for your image to be shared, please state this by leaving an order note. 
• If you want your image to be black and white, you must upload it in black and white. 
• The quality and colours of the image may vary because this is a transfer process and not a print. The quality and colours may change slightly due to ink and transfer. 

The slate is very fragile but does come with 2 plastic feet for the slate to stand into. 

Turnaround time for this product can be up to a week. So please allow that time before the product is dispatched.
